Tile Options
Our standard tile allotment is $7/sqft tile material allowance. This covers most all 6" x 6" porcelain tiles. If you fall in love with a tile over the allotment, we only charge the actual material overage as a change order - for most projects this is around $200-$900 depending on the amount of tile required.
