Residential Pool Inspections
We provide comprehensive pool and spa inspections for residential real estate purposes. Our general fee structure is $300 for pool only and $350 for pool and spa for locations in Vacaville and Dixon. Other locations may be subject to a travel fee.
A pool inspection includes a full detailed report on the current condition of your pool and/or spa, a hands off assessment of the pool equipment in its current condition, evaluation for code compliance, and suggested repairs (if any). Estimates for repairs can be given upon request.
